AI Dashboard Briefing

The dashboard is now a productivity-focused workspace that helps you start your day with clear priorities — no more opening the app and wondering what to do first.

  • AI summary briefing — generates an overview of what needs your attention: missed calls, overdue tasks, and unanswered messages, with prioritized action buttons to handle them immediately
  • Detailed analysis mode — click through for an agentic deep-dive that investigates your contacts and links directly to the entities mentioned
  • Scheduled 5am generation — briefings are auto-generated at 5am local time so they’re ready before you open the app, with smart skip logic for inactive users

Agent-Active Banner

When an AI agent is working on a contact, everyone on your team knows about it.

  • Real-time banner in chat — a live banner appears between the message feed and composer whenever an agent is handling the contact
  • State-aware wording — the banner reflects the current state (executing, paused, awaiting input) with a direct link to the plan
  • WebSocket-powered updates — banner state updates in real-time with no page refresh needed

Smarter Call Notifications

Call notifications now reach the right people instead of flooding your entire team.

  • Targeted delivery — notifications go to the union of contact assignees and phone number assignees, with org owners as the final fallback
  • No more org-wide noise — previously, any contact without assigned members triggered notifications to the entire organization

Richer Contact Enrichment

Unknown callers now get much more detailed profiles from call transcriptions.

  • Expanded extraction — contacts created as “Unknown” from inbound calls are now enriched with company, job title, preferred language, timezone, pipeline stage, and AI summary
  • Beyond name and email — previously only name and email were extracted from transcriptions; now the full contact profile is populated
